Tours & Tastings

It’s early autumn and time to harvest our grapes. This year has been our best crop ever despite exceptionally late budburst in early June.

We’ll be busy picking, hopefully, 7 tons, producing some 5000 bottles to be enjoyed from June next year.

Our popular tours, wine tastings in the garden and delicious platters have come to an end until the Spring next year. We have been delighted to host and share the vineyard and garden with more than 1300 guests on these very special and mainly glorious Saturdays since April.

We hope to see many of you again and thank you for supporting our small family team.

You can still buy our award winning wines online or call in to the cellar shop on Saturdays (11am-3pm), or stay in the Cottage and Lodge.

The Garden

The garden features terraces, widlflowers, a woodland walk with spring bulbs.

There is a large pond with stream with masses of primula, hostas, helebores, hamamelis and parottia.

Tours for gardening groups and interested parties, May to September, with tea and cake and light lunches available by arrangement.
